Farnborough is situated in the county of Hampshire and is around 35 minutes away from London. It is famous as the home of the biennial Farnborough International Airshow, which is fitting as back in 1908  Samuel Franklin Cody made the first sustained UK flight in 1908  at the historic sight. It has been home to this renowned event, the world’s largest temporary exhibition for over 60 years.

In 2007  Farnborough International Ltd expanded the sight to accommodate other events outside of Airshow time. The permanent venue, FIVE opened in January 2008, and hosts other shows such as Southern Manufacturing & Electronics.

The FIVE site is completely private and sits on over 100,000 sqm of outdoor space, currently around half of which is laid to hard-standing ground. It also has  over 3,000 sqm of clear-span and unbranded indoor event space with a high-spec technical fit out throughout and includes a mezzanine area, kitchens and office facilities. The Farnborough FIVE venue provides the ideal blank canvas on which to create large-scale conferences, dinners and exhibitions.
